I have read evidence suggesting that this is not necessarily the case.
The testing issue is about when people are asymptomatic - they are going from test date. Which in some sense is the only known date of infection; however surely is problematic in gauging when they first had the infection and began spreading it?!
I suppose I just have the thought that it’s all based on available tests - I.e. maximising what we have - rather than ‘the science’ - I mean the science that is extremely subjective in how it is interpreted or conclusions drawn |
