Do these guys only nick decent bikes or do they grab anything?
One was stolen from our close a couple of years ago and we all got lumped with the bill for replacing the banister they cut through.
There are now at least three bikes chained in my close again - but they don't look like expensive ones.
Chaining them up in the close doesn't bother me (unless there is a fire!) but having to pay if someone breaks the railing while stealing them is a pain. |
