| Comment | I didn't really look into it as it was a spur of the moment thing and no mention of cost was made; maybe it's because our building is majority HA-owned and factored in an area that is mostly low-income. I also know some companies were struggling to find enough low income households to meet their ECO targets, so maybe the guy just took the opportunity to fudge the paperwork and improve their stats. Hadn't really thought about it til now. |
