I understand that. It's a complex problem. I think the way the uk government deal with it is the biggest problem. They'd rather have them in and out of jail than provide treatment. Closing down the "safe rooms" got up my nose coz they're proven to help people stay alive and recover but they'd rather pander to misinformed public opinion.
