Comment	I'm not a fan either. Went 2 years ago to get a piercing. Guy at reception tells me there are a few people ahead of me and to take a seat, I might have a wee wait. Totally fine. Gradually the number of people sitting next to me gets smaller and smaller until it's just me left. So for those of you who have been in, you'll know that the front desk is mere metres from the sitting area, which is DIRECTLY infront of the desk. I.e You are entirely very visible while sitting there. I continued to sit patiently as the final other customer leaves the store. So now I'm the sole customer. And I've been sitting waiting for maybe 20 - 30 minutes by this point. I continue to wait patiently because this guy at the front desk obviously knows what I'm there for and I assume that there's stuff going on behind the scenes that I can't see. Maybe the piercer is on a required tea break now. I felt like because I was so clearly visible, I would just be acting impatient to say anything. However eventually about 15 minutes after the last customer had left, I say to the guy - 'excuse me, do you think it'll be much longer?' and he looks at me and says, 'Oh shit sorry, I forgot about you'. WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK. I have been sitting about 3 metres away from you while you've been sat at the desk. It would be one thing if the waiting area was hidden from view, but that was an absolute joke. So I left feeling pretty irritated by the experience. And to top it all off, the store then starts intermittently sending text messages that I did NOT sign up to or ask for, and there is no instructions on how to stop these texts. And somehow I can't block them on my phone either. While I can go into any text message and click 'block contact' this appears to be impossible with these ones. Everytime another text pops through I hate that place a little more.
