It's their discretion I suppose, the caveat is usually that acceptance for a 2nd undergrad would be based on result and it being from another approved University. Which given that Glasgow is Russell Group- might be quite limiting.

You'd probably have to do an access to humanities course- the University run one although it's probably subscribed for the year. Worth a call as it's more or less a guaranteed path into the course whereas with highers it's just regular UCAS applications.
