Comment | Honestly, if you can be arsed then you’re better off phoning. I had the same situation trying to cancel virgin media recently and got passed between 3 different online chats because they weren’t sure which department I had to talk to. They kept asking for a password that “wasn’t my log in password” and I had no idea what they were on about so I got absolutely nowhere and had to call in anyway! What a faff. |
