you need at least two different and independent
sources of evidence to support any of the facts before an accused can be convicted in scots law
the jury should be focusing on that rather than media reports and definetly shouldn't be being led by the sheriff
when the defence lawyer tries to point out he is wrong she is told to sit down aswell
i imagine he will be due compensation now |
