Back at work after a week off. The anxiety wasn’t as bad last night as it would usually be on the Sunday but at the same time, I never really fully escaped it since I mostly stayed at home. Surprisingly soothing getting through my emails this morning. Seems like all this time at home definitely needs the structure of work.
