there is usually a security guard on site or they have one that checks in at certain times as weans get in and muck about and people will break in to steal anything left about aswell
lots of small fires in the same area is probally young people from the area not an arsonist or a conspiracy
there has been much less security guards working the last few months and lots of children with nowhere to go |
