| Comment | Terrible - my daughter has severe anxiety (can't go out, can't even think of a job) and we paid for different therapists to no avail, Doctor more or less suggested we try the hard line (just give yourself a shake) approach, which of course did not work, a year and a half later and we get a GP referral for a CBT course from the NHS. My wife and I ,and of course our daughter feel as if we have come to a brick wall with no end in sight. I wish you luck, mental health support is fucking shit. |
