My wife's experience hasn't been great. My wife suffers from extreme anxiety. She initially got anti-depressants but unfortunately they didn't help. Following that she went to CBT and unfortunately it didn't help much either. The CBT course was essentially useless and no further support was given. My wife still suffers every day with her anxiety.
