It annoys me, because there's so much emphasis on 'how can we use genetics and brain imaging and biomarkers and PET etc. etc. to identify high-risk people' and it's like: The homeless. New mothers. People who live alone. The unemployed. They're *right fucking there*, we don't need precision medicine for this. Some come in and get fobbed off.
