The lettings woman emailed to say it was the cleanest vacated property she had ever seen and that the bathroom looked like new.
We signed a quickly drafted bit of paper on moving day which said we would get the carpets professionally cleaned upon leaving. It was all last minute due to the fact the lettings agent "forgot" to tell the landlord we had a cat until after she handed the keys over. |
