Been off it for 2.5 years. I was a chronic binge drinker and don't have it in me to moderate. Made the decision to sack it entirely, and haven't looked back. YMMV, but I got to the point where I don't even want to drink.
I thought life wouldn't be worth living without alcohol, but it didn't turn out like that. In fact, life is better now without drink.
I hate sermonising, but always throw my two pence in when people express a desire to stop. Everyone else can batter in. DM me if you fancy a chat. |
