I thought this [Dog DNA database](https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-essex-50303244) was a good idea. Unfortunately it didn’t work because council couldn’t enforce it. Just need to make it compulsory to get dogs dna swabbed nationally and make the fines big enough to make it a deterrent. |
