Yep. Went up to the off license the other day to pay gas/leckie and pick up some munchies. 4 guys sitting outside in a motor with the windows down, eating sweeties and throwing the wrappers out the window. Grown men, not kids in the car.
Beautiful city but the attitude some of the natives have is stinking.
