You'll fit right in in Govanhill. I don't live there, I'm further south, but loads of pals stay there, and though it's not without its problems it's grand overall. Plenty of artists, plenty of activists (fair IWW contingent). Obviously a lot of the stuff going on in some of the smaller scenes isn't happening just now due to COVID, but in normal times there's no end of things to do.
