| Comment | Sounds totally consistent with what I've heard tbh, they don't have a great reputation in the circles I'm involved with. A few volunteers I know are patient and know their stuff, but I know of others who were just there to get 'volunteering' on their CV.

I had a few tutors like this at uni - so frustrating! What's the point in catering to the people who will definitely be fine regardless?
