Definitely sounds like mental health unless she mistook you for a celeb or something like others said. Maybe she's just a bit mental and thought you were someone else she thinks she's seen causing trouble in the past or something like that or maybe she's just full on cuckoo and was documenting you to report back to the lizard rulers tonight. I wouldn't be overly worried about it but a non-emergency report as suggested might be a good idea - not only so they can keep an eye but perhaps it could help her get help she might need if it is a mental health thing. |
