Its bad right now but I'd say as a general rule Glasgow and Scotland in general has been pretty good during the pandemic.
The majority of people here seem to be fairly considerate and cautious about transmission (which is not something that can really be said about many other areas in the UK), so I think in the long run you'll be fine here.
