| Comment | I'm pretty happy on the second floor, though I did have some water coming through from above once. There's been at least two ground floor break ins in my close in the five years I've been here, and I wouldn't say I live in a bad neighbourhood. I am getting on a bit so as I get older I need to be more careful as a fall down the stairs could be quite damaging. If you are quite a bit younger I would say any floor is fine except the ground one. As well as the break in risk in the ground floor I would assume there would be more risk of mice too. |
