| Comment | I had a top floor flat and it was subject to break-ins/attempted break-ins more than any other flag in the building.
I was told it was because the top floor has the least probability of someone disturbing the person trying to get in.
As you said though, quietest place in the building and it stays warm from the heat rising through the building.
Stairs are a pain in the arse, especially if you've done a big shop. |
