| Comment | Honestly the concrete bin & benches we have in our brutalist neighbourhood in Poland are the fucking best.
They've literally been built in the 70's and most of them still survive the daily occupation by the moher gang, as well as teens jumping all over them, setting em on fire(it's fucking concrete, just replace 6 boards and power wash the bins) and throwing sunflower seeds everywhere(only problem with rubbish in Eastern Europe)
It's just two square bins on each side made out of concrete with a bench connecting them. You can also find similar concrete bins outside about every stairwell to any flats, especially when whole neighbourhoods were developed out of nothing. Soviet neighbourhoods might not be too pleasant looking but are really well planned and if Poland didn't get absolutely looted by capitalist restoration it would be a pretty dope place to live. |
