While that might be true, some of the activities that they get to do at the schools in the pricey suburbs are fantastic. The facilities are stretched, but great. PTA's tend to be really on the ball and actually useful.


For example, when they had a STEAM week, there were lots of parents came in that work in those fields to give tester experiments/ open the kids eyes to opportunities/ put on events etc.


You just don't get that in a skint area. They should, but it is what it is.
