I live in a tenement and we've designated an area of the back court that people are putting hard rubbish for council uplift. There was a whole lotta stuff out there during covid, but GCC actually came and got it all a few weeks ago. Maybe check again with them? Or ask your neighbours if you can temporarily leave it outside?
