| Comment | Never been housed there, but my work took me in there a lot. Like any high rise in the city, it's varies extremely. You've got old dears who've lived there since it was built, and absolute roasters who've been rehoused there because there's nowhere else for them. Each floor can literally be a different world. Some are well maintained and looked after with a bit of pride, some are just stinking with the usual bad apples that you find all over this city ruining it for others.
So, in short, it's a lottery what building and what floor he gets put in. The location is excellent (apart from the one right next to the motorway that might get a bit noisy) but give the place a regular mop with some pine disinfectant and keep yourself to yourself, and i'm sure he'll get by ok. |
