Varies depending on where the clubs stadium is but usually a mix of walking, car or public transport, staggered arrivals and departures is how you mitigate this. I'm more thinking for tiny wee club who get less than a 1000 fans which is very managable. Common sense would approach how many fans on a club by club basis depending on the stadium (which is working great in Germany and France)
