Panadol which has dihydrocodeine or ask the doctor to prescribe something stronger than what they would give you over the counter. You can take ibuprofen at the same time as co-codamol but space out the doses. So take the cocodamol wait two hours then take the ibuprofen. Your local pharmacy will be able to advise you further.
