| Comment | I had an injury where i basicaly injured a tiny muscle in my arse putting a dry washing in the machine lol.
I think the muscle was inflamed amd pressing on my sciatic nerve causing pain from my lower back down my left leg into my foot.
Couldn't bend at the hip at all, likewise getting in and out of bed was near impossible, especially in the morning.
Ibuprofen seemed to work better than the 500/30 cocodamol |
