Last time I checked the hospitality industry wasn't predominantly used by, nor a significant employer to, the vulnerable and elderly. Guess case for old men drinking in pubs but would imagine most the money comes from those getting shafted the most. Not saying I have the answers here but do think at a point the overall affects will be much worse going down the continual lockdown route.
