They were down for a good while, they only spiked up again when we started to reopen. One thing we can take heart in is that while the infection rate is higher, there death rate hasn't spiked. Odd are the number of cases is inflated because we actually have the testing in place now. We're doing better than we were at the start of this mess, but it's a marathon not a sprint.
