Well the pop up wasn’t helped by the head chef at blocs reluctantly to share recipes for the first 6 months it was open as well as his attitude towards staff in general. The lack of general support from management, poor wages poor facilities, and a slew of piss poor head chefs at the pop up.

Folk at the pop up were being promised to know their future in finnieston at October last year, at Christmas, in January, February. Basically no one wanted to really work there. The staff from the city centre left their kitchen full of rotten food, and left the pop up kitchen a right mess when they left and the pop up ended up with a rats problem because of it - a slow painful death for all.
