This is pretty much me as well, I was living at home for the first 5 or so months of lockdown and just got a flat in the past month. It really affects your mental health being stuck inside all day, especially with parents.

After the first 3 or so months I was just like fuck it, im wearing my mask to the shop, sanitising my hands and doing as much as I can but im meeting 3 or 4 mates in their house for a drink.

Ive been meeting up with mates in the pub and in their house every other weekend, its not as if there is 30 of us in a flat together, just 5 or 6.

The reddit consensus seems to be, stay in your house every single day and only leave for your food shop once a week.

A lot of people (myself included) just can't live like that, we need social stimulation in life.
