I’m from the South East but I’ve been living in the North West for the past 3 years, it didn’t work out and I’m selling my house and moving to Glasgow ASAP. The whole thing is a logistical nightmare so I’m stressed AF but seeing that photo and above all, reading your post helped so much. I’m an autumn person and after 20+ years in the south east I couldn’t take it anymore. It’s turned into a fucking desert with no seasons. I’m originally from northern Italy where, at least when I was growing up, we had seasons. There are many reasons why I want to move to Scotland and Glasgow in particular, but seasons and the fact that autumn looks like autumn over there is one of them 😊 |
