| Comment | I live in Baillieston, have done for the past 4 years, moved from just along in Carntyne. I’m a little further away from Easterhouse though. But I love it here. I find it very safe, I’ve never had any cause for concern, and my partner who’s from Aberdeen used to be a little anxious about living here given the stories, but she loves it now and also feels very safe here and regularly goes walks or runs and doesn’t ever feel unsafe.
Also It’s ideally located for almost everything. Access to all the major driving routes, Easterhouse train station for Queen street line and Baillieston for the Central line. Got a decent Main Street that has most of what you need, few supermarkets, few parks locally for kids/Dogs. I’ve rarely seen any trouble here, it’s generally quiet.
