I know it doesnt make for good reddit points but I seen their reply at the time and it seemed like they were in a pretty tough situation. Most of the outrage looked based on misunderstandings / lies. Rehiring a bunch of people who just quit during a time when your entire sector is circling the drain isnt just a thing you can just snap your fingers to do.

Hundreds of thousands of people are being laid off at the moment (not quitting and not getting rehired), capitalism is evil and all that but have been quite confused at the vitriol in this particular case.

Either way the people who serve me when I go there are are mostly the same people who were serving me before lockdown and are very nice to me and my kids.
