| Comment | Pollok Park, or Pollok Estate as we used to call it, is a haven in the city. I grew up in Corkerhill before the M77 extension was built and as a kid I’d walk from my house to the park, via the golf course. I loved it! I’ve long since moved away from Hardridge Road and I took my son (who’s 3) to Pollok House last summer. Had instant nostalgia and tried to get him to run under the wee tunnel in the bridge... he wouldn’t! Fearty!
