| Comment | East Kilbride is pretty much fine, You probably will need a car, but we do have a few train stations and buses are frequent. Apart from the usual kids trying to be hard, the vast majority of folks will not give you a second glance. At the risk of offending people - avoid Greenhills, Westwood and The Murray, the rest is mostly fine. It is still quite green and open has great value housing. Source - I came from some of the bad bits of Glasgow and now live here in EK, to me it's an incredible place. |
