Comment	When I moved out my council flat patrick housing made me rip up all the flooring. Most of it was either brand new or within 6 months old. They told me to get it all up or they would be charging me for removal. Seemed absolutely stupid as I had spent a fortune on the carpets and flooring and it was like new. 🤷🏻‍♂️
