Question: Is it a purely Scottish thing to start sentences with "here" all the time? ie "Here what's the script with the new Corona regulations" or "here that's a brilliant idea"
As a follow up... Is what I'm saying actually "hear" and not "here" ... Have I been doubly wrong?
