Exactly what I was thinking! And the company looks relatively new. Very very ambitious. I just cant also help but think that part of the street would really need considerable development before I would be really wanting to spend any considerable time in it. I do know they are trying to pedestrianize that whole area but it will still be a while before businesses return.
