[SMID](https://news.gov.scot/news/scottish-index-of-multiple-deprivation-2020) is a good resource. After that the usual Rightmove and Zoopla sites.

Other than the subway, what else do you need? Garden? Parking? Schools? Quiet? The more of these you add, the more the price rockets.

What is your budget? £100-200k? Parts of Govan & Finneston should be doable, also Pollokshields towards Shields Road subway station. £350k? West End is viable. £800+k? World is your oyster.

I used to live in Strathbungo and whilst that is outside the subway circle, it's on direct bus routes. Not a big deal getting to Queen Street. Also on the train line of Central.

I live further out now, but it's still no issue to get in. Can cycle/run it in 25 mins.

Not familiar with North Kelvinside, sorry.
