They massively overcharge for the building insurance and factors cost doesn’t include close cleaning either.
Both the emergency lines they provided for workmen for tenants to call that should be 24/7 were rubbish - had water coming through the roof at 2:00am and one guy said “Nah. Not coming out it’s 2:00am”. I said it was a 24/7 number and he said he still wouldn’t come out.
Second number rang out.
I also agreed a payment plan with them when the flat needed repairs. Repairs came to about £500 per flat - I agreed payment plan and started to receive threatening letters from H&P about an outstanding balance. I called up and was told “yeh ignore those. We can’t stop the system sending them 😂”.
They pay a company £1300 a year to “maintain” our intercom and lock on the communal door - I trained and worked as an electrical engineer and can’t work out how that costs £1300...... the engineer comes out once a year and tests it for £1300 😬 Pretty sure I complained 3 times via email asking them to justify the cost and never heard back. |
