| Comment | So glad I’m not the only one with a negative experience with first mortgage. Yes, they don’t charge a fee but they do rely on commission from upselling insurances and things. They will push the life out of “critical illness cover” and “income protection” and do everything they can to make you think it’s a requirement. They took forever to get in touch with us or return our calls and never kept us in the loop about anything (even failing to mention that they’d decided to change providers half way through). Absolute shower of shites in my opinion! |
