Comment	There's fuck all in Plains. Two grotty wee shops, a couple of takeaways, a weird church etc. Airdrie has a big leisure centre and a reasonable amount of all the usual shops. Pubs in Airdrie and Coatbridge are not the best in the world. The newbuilds seem like decent value though.
