| Comment | Yeah, I was thinking that, and it's probably brown due to the amount of works going on nearby. I know a Scottish Water were digging up the Jenny burn up until a few weeks ago so maybe that's had some impact.
I can't see an obvious inlet or outlet for the water from the main pond, I've seen photos from years ago where the water was relatively "clean" so I'm wondering if it's a case of blocked pipes or something.
I also think it's a case of the council not touching it because the developer now owe it, and the developer isn't going to do anything with it until all the houses are built. |
