My first flat (student halls) was £540 per per person per month with shared facilities so £900 for a 2 bed, newly refurbished place with dishwasher etc is a fairly good deal in comparison 😅
Would it? Seems like that would only net a mortgage of around £200k and that’s with a £25k deposit. 1 bed flats round here can go for more than that 😅
