| Comment | Yeah, they don't do their jobs for 3 weeks then complain that there's three weeks worth of rubbish.
Being a new build area our blue bins are always full of cardboard. We were given 6 blue bins for 100 flats, so every resident has been contacting the council asking for their own.
The thing that got me more than anything was that if I didn't do my job one day, and just ignored it, didn't tell my supervisor or manager, I'd be reprimanded.
The bin men don't pick up an entire streets bins for 3 weeks, we had no contact from the council, no note to say why. Surely they have to report it to their manager/supervisor who then sends a truck ASAP to pick it up again, rather than rely on households complaining to them? |
