Girlfriend has thought she's been paying ScottishPower £100 a month for the last year but they've just hit her with a bill for more than a grand of unpaid bills going back to September 2019...
Considering it's a standing order she's had set up sending that money I have no idea how it's gotten lost all this time as it's definitely been coming out her account and even they admit they received the £100 at the end of last month.
In any case it's a ballache. |
